6 slices bacon
2 cans (14.5 oz each) Del Monte Cut Green Beans, well drained
2 Tbsps. packed dark brown sugar
2 Tbsps. Three Little Pig’s Touch of Cherry Rub
1/4 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
½ Chopped white onion
Begin by cooking bacon in a large skillet over a medium-high heat until crisp. Place bacon on paper towels and proceed to sauté your chopped white onion in the bacon grease. Remove onion when tender.
Drain all but 1 Tbsp. of bacon drippings and return the skillet to medium-high heat. Add green beans, sugar, Touch of Cherry rub, onion, and red pepper flakes.
Cook, stirring occasionally. When ready to serve, top beans with crumbled bacon.
