We offer several styles of cooking classes, varying in terms of menus and instructors, to ensure everyone can find the right fit! Our Chris Marks classes focus on preparing and smoking different meats from start to finish using a bbq purist approach. Meanwhile, our Mix Up Your Menu classes feature local competition cook Mike Hogan, who will teach you how to use your grill as an oven to create a unique menu. Our third type of cooking class features World Food Championship Chef Matt Frampton, who works with a Green Mountain Grill to cook delicious, mouth-watering recipes.
